Special Needs Students Number Has Increased in The Flint Water Crisis

“It’s been five years since the #FlintWaterCrisis began and the problems continue. Last week, the city spilled 2 million gallons of raw sewage into the Flint River and a new study shows that the number of Flint’s special needs students has increased by 56% since the water crisis began.
