Some of us know this feeling: Struggles of Not Feeling Latino Enough

It is not an uncommon feeling amongst 2nd or 3rd generation Latinos. For those of us whose parents came to this country before World War Two or just after and whose children have grown older in America, defining who we are is all the more difficult. However, while we may not speak Spanish, we are very well aware of the cultural lineage that we represent.
