Being Open About Trauma, Crisis, And Stress by Cassandra Leclair

3 years ago TEDx
Share this:

“In April 2018, Dr. Cassandra LeClair survived a car crash that not only broad-sided her daily existence, it sent her careening back to childhood trauma that she had not previously disclosed or dealt with. Dr. LeClair spent her days teaching others to communicate effectively and share their stories all while keeping a devastating secret that prevented her from feeling truly whole and living an authentic existence. Join Cassandra as she relates her emotional story of healing and encourages others to acknowledge and share their own stories, in their own way.”

This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx.
