The Artist’s Feast is a recurring public dinner designed to connect arts patrons to local Long Beach artists. The sponsors want to also build community and generate additional funding for artists to execute their next big idea. The community event is organized by art, culture, and community activist Jewell Faamaligi and artist, teacher, and activist Efren Luna. Jewell represents several local nonprofit organizations including Catalyst Network of Communities, Children’s Theatre of Long Beach and Long Beach Music Council. Efren represents Art, Music & Culture and the Cultural Alliance of Long Beach .
