In Full Color | TEDxJerseyCity
In Full Color is an annual theatrical event celebrating women of color. Founded in 2015 by director Summer Dawn Hortillosa, the program has included work by WOC throughout the US and Canada.
The show sparks conversations about diversity, prejudice, cultural exchange and other increasingly important topics. So far, they have discussed everything from the perseverance of Latina sexuality and dating while Asian to exactly what matters about Black lives.
In Full Color is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Jersey City, N.J. that focuses on the arts. Their educational outreach program, Thinking In Full Color, is currently touring schools and community centers in the Northeast.
