“Passionate about creative writing, Asfiyah Qadri is a student at JNIS IB who loves to read, write and act. Her article ‘Bor-Darr’ for the theme, Theatre Across Borders, was written for Thespo Ink, an initiative by QTP Entertainment, and was published on their website. Her love for theatre has drawn her to perform in plays at different platforms, including an adaptation of the Greek tragedy, ‘Antigone 2.0’, which was performed at multiple venues- including the National Centre for Performing Arts and the G5A Foundation for Contemporary Culture. A quiet and reflective person, Asfiyah believes that theatre played a fundamental role in her struggle to find her voice and identity.”

This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
